Help With My Garmin Nuvi 755t?

Ok I saw on some topic you can change your nuvi. Like If I would like high ways only or just back ways (Streets only). How do I change this I looked and looked I can’t find it. Any help would be nice.

I’ve been looking at the Garmin Nuvi 755T. My question is, if I’m in a city and I type in a store/restuarant will it pull up the addresses of all of the ones closest to me? Like if I type in PF Changs will it tell me where the nearest ones to me are and how to get there from where I am? I’m not sure about the whole GPS thing but this seemed like a solid unit and the lane assist seemed great.
