There are plenty of vent mounts for Nuvi 350 or smaller sized devices. However, for a wide-screen Nuvi 600 series, I have not found a good mounting solution.
By “good” solution, I mean an easy, secure yet inexpensive way of securing the GPS with power cord connected. Also, it should be easy to remove the GPS and mount from sight.

I recently purchased a Garmin GPSMAP 60Cx and was wondering which map pack is best for this unit. I like going hiking and backpacking, but I also like to go geocaching around cities and suburban areas as well; should I get a Topographical map pack or a cities and highway map- or is there an inbetween type of map?
